Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Tracking details will be sent to the registered email ID after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels after dispatch.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • Items are missing from the package

A proper 360° unboxing video without cuts, edits, pauses, or trimming is mandatory for any complaint or claim.

Without a valid unboxing video, complaints will be directly declined.

Change of mind, preference changes, or incorrect selections made by customers are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed successfully.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide correct shipping information

  • Stay reachable during delivery attempts

  • Track parcels regularly after dispatch

  • Follow care instructions properly

If parcels are returned due to customer-side issues such as incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges must be paid again.
