At hirulythings, we aim to provide the best quality products and customer experience.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not usually provided.
Refund requests will only be considered if:

The product received is defective

The product received is damaged

Items are missing from the package
A proper 360-degree unboxing video without any cuts or pauses is mandatory for verification and claim approval.
If there is no unboxing video, ANY KIND OF COMPLAINTS WILL BE STRAIGHTLY DECLINED (no excuse on that).
If the claim is approved after verification, the refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take approximately 4–7 working days to reflect.
Exchange Policy
We usually do not provide exchanges for:

Incorrect selections made by the customer
Exchange requests are accepted only for defective, damaged, or missing item cases after proper verification.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Important Notes

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

Products damaged due to improper usage, water exposure, perfume, chemicals, or mishandling are not eligible for refund or exchange.
