At hirulythings, we work hard to ensure your orders are packed and shipped safely through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Partners

For Tamil Nadu orders:

  • Standard shipping is done through ST Courier or India Post

  • Express shipping is done through ST Courier

For orders outside Tamil Nadu:

  • Standard shipping is done through India Post

  • Express shipping is done through Professional Courier Service

If you have any special delivery requests or require urgent shipping, please DM us or email us immediately after placing your order.

Delivery Timeline

Domestic orders are expected to be delivered within approximately 3–10 working days depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Customers from North, West, or East India may experience slightly longer delivery times as orders are dispatched from South India.

Please note that unforeseen delays due to weather, traffic, public holidays, or courier issues may occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent only to your registered email ID.

We kindly request customers to regularly follow up and track their orders after dispatch.

If you need any clarification regarding tracking details, you may send a request through email along with your Order ID.

As we use third-party courier services and do not have our own logistics network like Amazon or Flipkart, delivery updates and transit handling depend on the courier provider.

Correct Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that:

  • Your full address is entered correctly

  • PIN code is accurate

  • Your contact number is active and reachable

Customers are advised to stay alert to phone calls after placing the order, as delivery personnel may contact you during delivery attempts.

hirulythings will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned back to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailable during delivery

the customer must pay the reshipping charges again.

No refunds will be provided for returned parcels due to customer-side issues.

Shipping Charges

 Standard shipping charges:

  • ₹60 for domestic standard shipping

 Express shipping charges:

  • Charges may vary depending on the delivery location and courier availability

International shipping charges:

  • Charges vary depending on the package weight and destination country

Before placing an international order, please DM us through Instagram or WhatsApp for assistance and shipping confirmation.

Unboxing Video Policy

A proper 360° unboxing video without cuts, edits, pauses, or trimming is mandatory for any complaint regarding:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Missing products

The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the package from all sides.

Without a valid unboxing video, any complaint or claim will be directly declined without exception.

Order Modification

Once an order is placed successfully, changes to:

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Pincode

Customers are requested to review all details carefully before placing the order.

Please inform any address updates or changes immediately through email along with your Order ID for further assistance.
