Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
However, we offer replacements under the following conditions:

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any claims, customers must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video.
The video must:

Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
Claims without a valid uncut video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Replacement Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
